Glow Up’s premium subscription plan for beauty professionals. The Premium plan includes features like advanced booking tools, analytics, and exclusive discounts on partner products.

Book

The primary action we want clients to take on the platform, encouraging them to book services with beauty professionals.

Clients

People who use Glow Up to book beauty and wellness services. We use “clients” instead of “users” to emphasize the relationship between them and the beauty professionals.

Services

The offerings provided by beauty and wellness professionals, such as haircuts, massages, and skincare treatments. Services are customizable and vary based on the professional’s expertise.

Merchants

Beauty and wellness experts who use Glow Up to manage appointments, track revenue, and engage with clients. We always refer to them as “merchants” or “professionals” rather than “providers” or “vendors.”

Dashboard

The control panel that professionals use to manage their bookings, view analytics, and access marketing tools. The dashboard is customizable to suit different business needs.

Booking Flow

The series of steps a client follows to book a service. This includes selecting a service, choosing a professional, setting a date and time, and confirming the appointment.

Notifications

Alerts and updates that inform clients and professionals about upcoming appointments, reminders, and promotions. Notifications can be received via email, SMS, or in-app.
